Do you establish your worth by how much you get paid? Are you worth $10 per hour or $50 per hour? How much you do you paid per month or per year?
❌ These are all the wrong questions.
Our worth is not determined by what we get. This is how we develop self esteem issues and beliefs that we are not worthy, not good enough.
I had a difficult conversation with a service provider today. He did some work for me but I found that the solution he created was unusable and was of no value to me. I asked him to start again and do it right. He refused. So I paid him for his time and said goodbye.
If he had agreed to do it right, I was prepared to give him consistent and ongoing work for the next 5 years but he blew it because he was focussed on whether it was “worth his while “ not on the value he could create if he solved my problem.
✅ When you approach life, stop focussing on what you are worth and start focusing on how you can help people get value from the conversation.
You will live an abundant life.
