What is an NLP Practitioner Certification

This is an IFNLP accredited NLP Practitioner Certification. That means high standards, no shortcuts, and we put people first. You practise in small groups, with close monitoring and immediate feedback, because we believe that to learn NLP you have to experience it first.

How the Belfast training runs

1. You also get the complete NLP Foundations course before we begin. It covers the core principles for creating change across mindset, motivation, message, and mastery. You can study it at your own pace.
2. For the eight weeks before the live training we meet weekly on the community call. We walk the course with you, step by step, and you apply the principles to your own life.
3. By the time you arrive you already know Mícheál and the team. You walk into a familiar room of people you know, like, and trust.
4. Before you enter the room you complete the Practitioner Entrance Exam. You are coached through it until you get 100%, so everyone starts at the same standard.
5. We then spend four full days of practice and feedback in Belfast, 1 to 4 October 2026.
