These words are universal experiences for so many. You are not alone. It’s not your fault. It’s just how you have been taught. We have all been taught to be perfect, to get ? and to be the best.
In reality, we are only competing with yesterday’s version of ourselves. If you are making progress every day then stop giving yourself a hard time. You are doing great!! ? ? ?
Here is my golden rule to getting certainty:
✅ Step 1: Do.
✅ Step 2: Make mistakes.
✅Step 3: Learn lessons and take (positive) feedback
✅Step 4: go to Step 1.
Certainty does not exist. We make it certain by our actions.
Believe in yourself.
