One of the biggest mistakes I see Coaches, Therapists and NLP Practitioners make, is actually calling themselves Coaches, Therapists and NLP Practitioners. Why? Because nobody cares who you are, or what ‘certs you have on your wall. All people want to know, is can you fix their problem?
For Example, if you call yourself an NLP Practitioner, absolutely nothing differentiates you from every NLP Practitioner on the Planet. Why would anyone come to you? This is the REAL reason you don’t have a long list of clients waiting to work with you. What you offer is a Commodity. And commodities are cheap. Don’t you agree?
What I teach my students in my program, is how to stand out and be different. This is the only way you will get heard through the noise on social media. Look back on you life and achievements. What makes you different? Look forward to the future. What difference do you want to make in the world? If you can’t answer these two simple questions, you are a follower, not a leader.
Build on what you already know. Innovate. Make it better. This is the secret. Stand out and make a difference! Innovation is the one thing that distinguishes between a leader and a follower.
