Have you ever seen an expert do something and say the that to yourself?
Or maybe put someone on a a pedestal and exclude that option as a possibility?
Me too. I would look at people like Tony Robbins or Bob Proctor to Richard Branson and Say “I could never do that”.
10 year ago I met someone who would eventually become my Mentor. It wasn’t that he was the most amazing world class expert , but that he showed how he got there from humble beginnings, and showed his journey.
It inspired me not because of what he was capable of but because he made it look so simple I found myself saying. “Even I could do that”.
That’s leadership.
