I’m speaking at the last NLP Belfast Meetup on Tuesday on the five keys to inspiring leadership. This model that I am presenting has its roots in Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs but weighs more heavily on Spiral Dynamics and the work of Don Beck and Claire Graves. However I’ve incorporated some new thinking about the value of money and how in recent times this has changed the dynamic of our management behaviour and our thinking. In this seminar I explain a new model for personal evolution in business and we delve into the four quadrants of leadership and the key theme that ties it all together.
